Microsoft Server Workstation Support

We offer I.T. support services across the Microsoft platforms both server and workstation, including NT4 and 2000 Servers and the latest Server 2003. Our knowledge of Microsoft workstation platforms cover the entire range, from as early as the near extinct Windows 95/98 through to Millennium Edition/Windows 2000 and of course Windows XP.
Our team has in-depth knowledge of leading server software packages including MS Exchange5.5 and 2000, IIS Server, ISA Firewall Server, Novell Netware, Terminal Server, MS SQL exchange Enterprise server.
As a participant to the Microsoft Subscriber Development Network (MSDN) we have hands-on experience across a wide range of Microsoft products ranging across all Office applications including current 2003 editions, Outlook - including custom designed interfaces to provide a solution to your needs.

Microsoft Patches

Some hackers exploit loopholes in Microsoft products to spread viruses. There are fixes available - referred to as patches, which can block these openings. Regular patching is essential to minimise the threat from viruses and attackers. With virus protection software and regular patching, you will be less likely to be the victim of an attack.

Apple Macintosh Support

We have been supporting Macintosh since OS 7 and we have a wide ranging knowledge of extensions and preferences across today’s platforms and software packages.
